Springworks Hiring Responsibilities

• Helping the operations team in the day-to-day work.
• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
• Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities.
• Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted. 
• Review data for deficiencies or errors.
• Resolving discrepancies in the information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents. 
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
• Take follow-up calls for verification and maintenance of MIS.
• The work will involve making calls

As a part of the interview process, you need to complete a small task. Details below: 

• You need to complete a small assessment (Assessment Link). Based on your test scores we shall schedule the further interview rounds.

Springworks Hiring Interview Process:

– Operations Assignment to submit for review in the portfolio section while applying

– 2 rounds of virtual interviews with the Operations Specialist & Operations Manager.

Requirements

1. Attention to detail, Strong communication skills (via phone, email, chat).
2. Proficient in using Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
3. Excellent Coordination and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.

Note

• This is a full-time internship opportunity and you should be available for a minimum duration of 9 months.
• Based on the business requirement, you might have to work on the weekends, a leave comp off would be given for working on the off days. (This is only if required).
