UST is hiring Associate II – BPM for Bangalore/ Gurgaon Location. Any Graduate can apply for the post.

Job role & responsibility

Ensure compliance requirements are fulfilled before approving any shipment by adhering to documented work instructions

Track & work on daily escalations on a priority basis

Work on assigned tasks including data analysis tasks

Prepare reports/recommendations and presentation material

Prepare and present weekly slides

Effectively work with other team members to maximize productivity

Maintain data accuracy, integrity & record keeping

Ability to multi-task and work on ad-hoc requests.

Supply Chain basics a plus

Essential Skills/Experience: 

Strong PC skills – MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio are essential

Knowledge of SAP an advantage

Knowledge of visualization tools like a tableau.

Good to have Skills: 

Strong organizational skills and communication skills required

Quick learner

Identifies and solves problems that arise with little or no precedent

Must like/have a flare for systems work and analytics

Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly and confidently

Good attention to detail and ownership of issues.
