Roles & Responsibilities:

Answers questions from the customer.
Communicate with the customer in real time.
Provide updates on the status of the order.
Assist the customer with any issues they have with their orders, products, or services.
Answer any questions about the company’s policies and procedures.
Handling multiple chats/queries on the live chat channels.


Eligibility:

Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written).
Minimum 6 months of chat experience (Mandatory).
Undergraduates can apply.
Typing speed should be 30 WPM & 90% accuracy.
Handle multiple chats at a time.
Location: Pune, Hinjewadi.

Salary: 3.00lpa – 4.70lpa (Approx.).

Facility: Both side cabs (Hiring zone).

NOTE: Immediate joiner (Preferred), we can consider max 15-day notice period.
