Role Purpose
Prepare compelling research materials related to prospects, competitors, industry trends etc.; work closely with senior associate/ project lead
Meet all KPIs (Turnaround Time, Utilization, Productivity, Quality and stakeholder satisfaction)
Deliver high quality and timely output to the client requests in a pre-defined format
Interpret data, provide analysis, formulate reports and make recommendations basis the findings
Develop good understanding of business and the industry that we thrive in
Work under minimal supervision on regular tasks (Company and industry profiles, executive bios, newsletters, competitor analysis, market study etc.)
Wipro Hiring CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
0-1 year of professional work experience in research role
Acceptable communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter and pro-active
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail
Experience in MS Office suite
Experience in research databases like Hoover’s, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Factiva, Everest, Nelson Hall etc. is preferred (not mandatory)
