Develop and maintain customer experience metrics and dashboards.

Identify trends and patterns in customer feedback data to provide insights and recommendations for improving customer experience.

Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer experience initiatives and track progress.

Create reports, presentations, and other communication materials to share findings and recommendations with stakeholders.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer experience best practices and industry trends.

Provide training and support to team members on Qualtrics software and customer experience analysis techniques
