Deloitte Hiring for HR Intern

Deloitte are looking for Interns to be a part of our Talent Acquisition Team – PAN India. Prior internship experience in Recruitment is preferred.

Deloitte Hiring Job Summary:

– Conduct Direct and Passive Sourcing using different job boards to perform searches.

-Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers to confirm the desired profile and develop a sourcing strategy for open position

-Conduct resume review and phone screens for all candidates

-Aggregate evaluation feedback through data integration meetings for the final hiring decision

– Able to perform in a high pressure environment.

-Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel)

-Excellent communication

Please note this is a work from office(hybrid) paid internship.
