Anakapalli District Administration Project Details:
Build a one-stop chat-based interface that provides citizens comprehensive assistance, guidance, and information regarding complex revenue issues in the state. The chatbot will serve as a grievance redressal system and will provide citizens with the information they need to resolve their revenue-related issues.
The interactive chatbot will be accessible through Whatsapp and a mobile app and will be able to answer a wide range of questions related to revenue issues.
There will be support from the domain experts for data collection, and understanding of the queries and their resolutions.

Information: Example, ‘Citizen query requesting for deletion from 22A’: Chat Bot gives a list of documents required and the procedure to apply for the same.
