Job description

The overall purpose of the role

The role will entail helping Barclays deliver financing solutions to its clients by assisting with the preparation of marketing material, credit analysis, and execution of financing transactions across sectors.

As a Relationship Support Manager, you will be a member of the International Corporates Group developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of large Indian corporates and Multinational companies as well.

You will assist the Relationship Directors with sales research,  customer relationship development, research into solutions to meet customers’ needs using market and industry information, support credit appraisal, negotiate documentation, and risk management for the portfolio.

The candidate should have strong verbal, quantitative, and analytical skills with strong work commitment

High ethical standards/ Proven academic performance

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:

Genuine interest in financial markets

Graduate/Post graduate degree

Teamwork and project management skills

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

Fluency in English, additional Asia Pacific language skills encouraged

Resourcefulness, team orientation, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit

Credit analysis skills
