CAR24 is looking for a creative Junior Associate- Visual Merchandiser to increase sales, get buyers’ attention and provide an excellent in-store experience.

Job Role & Responsibilities

Define, design, and implement creative visual merchandising strategies.

Carry out quality control checks for photography

Perform and regularise data entry for service history

Publish new listings promptly

Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store

Identify key messages and set a clear image of the result

Act in alignment with the organization’s culture, products, appearance, and target market

Monitor costs and work within budget

Liaise with suppliers and source elements

Research lifestyle, demographics, and design trends

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Visual Manager

Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design tools

Automotive knowledge is a must

Proficiency in MS Office

Creative and innovative thinker

Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results
