Role and Responsibilities:

Manage communications between the lead trainer and the 5-7 students/customers you will be mapped with across various channels.

Facilitate spaces for the customers to ensure that they feel safe and can reach out to you in case of any questions or concerns.

Ensure 100% attendance of the students in each class with the lead trainer and with you.

Ensure a 100% homework completion rate for the students you work with.

Provide actionable feedback to candidates on the homework and skills in general.

Closely work with students to practice, interact and apply concepts learned.

Closely track and monitor the student’s progress across various metrics

Take ownership of group success and concept application.

Collect data, track the relevant metrics, organize it, and share conclusions based on the same for the students in your group.

Manage and overlook responsibilities among multiple stakeholders and ensure efficient and timely delivery of outcomes

Requirements:

Fresher or young professional with 0-2 years of experience; teaching experience is preferred available for Full-Time work from 2 pm-10 pm

Has excellent communication skills

Has excellent command of Spoken English and Hindi

Is comfortable with tech-friendly platforms like Google Classroom, Telegram, etc. (preferred)

Is data-oriented and has attention to detail

Is organized in general, and especially in terms of data collection and analysis

Is motivated, empathetic driven, and has the ability to take on responsibilities as and when required
