Infosys Hiring Responsibilities
• Resolve inquiries on employee pay, benefits, company policies and other HR related areas
• Provide detailed documentation on each query using mailbox/case management system
• Ability to understand the inquiry to ensure appropriate resolution
• Utilize available resources (i.e. knowledgebase, HRMS system, company intranet) to determine the most accurate response to requestor
• Interpret policy and explain procedures
• Process HR transactions which may include: o New hires (including background checks, drug tests, direct deposit, and tax transactions)
o Employment data changes
o Terminations/Retirements o Earnings/deduction transactions
o Pay by exception input o Leave and attendance transactions o Over time inputs
• Handle Hire to Retire queries on an ongoing basis
• Coordinate with SME’s and Respond to escalated issues from employees, HR professionals, and HR managers
• Identify trends and high volume inquires that may indicate corporate-wide issues; inform management as appropriate • Maintain service level agreements
Technical and Professional Requirements:
Must Have • Graduate in any stream
• Excellent listening skills, written and oral communication skills
• Experience in HR Operations • Ability to handle escalation queries
• Experience in HRMS/ERP like i.e. Workday
• Experience in Team handling in a Helpdesk environment Good to have
• Knowledge/understanding of Company policies across all business formats
• Experience specific to Hire to retire process for Global (US , EMEA, APAC) clients will be added advantage.
• Experience in applications/ticketing tool e.g. ServiceNow
