  • You should be able to execute tasks assigned

  • You need to take lead on process improvement and automation

  • Your role is to handle assigned tasks independently with a little or no supervision

Skills Required for Operational Analyst

  • Should have Preferred experience in middle or back-office operations

Roles and responsibilities for the post of Financial Analyst

  • SDM (Strategic Dimension Maintenance) Team is aligned to Corporate Sector Finance P & A in Company Hierarchy and is primarily responsible for Hierarchy Maintenance of Corporate Sector Teams.

  • The submitter who is in the SDM team will be responsible for action on all the requests received by the Stakeholders who are looking for various movements across Hierarchy majorly the Corporate Sector

  • The submitter will action these requests in SDM Tool pre-designed to cater to requests majorly like Creating, Repointing, Renaming CC’s & Snodes.

  • He/she plays a key role in submitting the request accurately into the system as the reparations of the same effect the Corporate Hierarchy.

  • You need to do Key focus of the submitter would be to understand various nuances for each category of request, documentation required, and understand the overall workflow of process and timelines associated with the same.

  • In order to submit the request, the submitter may need to coordinate and update the business with timely enhancements and process changes.

  • Serve as a liaison between Firm-wide P&A, lines of business, Functional 

  • Finance teams and other support teams in order to provide impactful reporting, planning, and insightful analyses

  • Produce presentations, analyses and supporting materials for key internal clients including senior management; participate and support ad-hoc special projects and requests as needed


Skills Required for the post of Financial Analyst

  • You need to be a self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

  • You should complete your BA/BS in Finance, Economics, and Accounting (CFA, CPA, MBA a plus)

  • You should possess Excellent organizational, management, and both verbal and written communication skills

  • You should have Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • You should possess Strong technical and analytical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Essbase, Visual Basic, and macros
