JOHNSON ELECTRIC Responsibilities :
Willingness to work in 24*5 shifts.
Good Team player.
Good written & verbal communication to interact with multiple stakeholders.
Should have a fair knowledge in Windows Operating System
Should be able to provide support in Incident resolution and request fulfillment.
Should be able to handle customer escalations and provide temporary and permanent solutions.
Able to meet the agreed SLA and quality.
Pro-active issue identification and resolution.
Should create Knowledge Base documents and training documents
Good knowledge in MS office Applications
Understand the Company’s policies and adhere to them.
Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Excellent verbal and written communication
Willingness to learn
Good Coding Language knowledge
Good Problem-Solving skills
Good Analytical skills
Good team player
Time management skills
