Summary
1. Chat/Webchat Associate
2. Analyst utilizing hands-on Customer Engagement
3. Solving Queries over Web-chat process within the given time
Work Location: Bangalore
Cab Facility provided if living in transport boundary (both ways)
Primary Responsibilities
- Customer engagement over live chats
- Identify and resolve escalated customer issues
- Find alternate solutions by researching and exploring information using available resources.
Skills and Competencies
- 6 months+ experience in a webchat with excellent command of English
- FRESHER can also apply
- Good typing speed of over 25 WPM and 90% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word)
- The candidate has to be a quick learner, high on energy and must have a flair for customer processes
- Willing to work in 24×7 Shifts
- Work from Office
