Genpact Job Role & Responsibilities

•    Customer care responsibilities for the designated business
•    Ability to interact with field personnel and drive case closures
• First-time right resolution and timely response to all field queries
•    Prepare and prepare updated dashboards for client leadership for review and discussions

Qualifications Minimum qualifications

•    Bachelor’s Degree
•    Good written and verbal communication skills in English
•    MS Office Experience- proficiency in Excel
•    Prior working knowledge of Oracle and the sales force will be preferred
•    Experience and Understanding of Market Service / Supply Chain will be desired Preferred qualifications
•    Previous working experience in a similar kind of industry will be added advantage
•    Ensure 100% adherence to sops and compliance rules and regulations.
•    Ability to Handle Pressure with a 5-day working week and a shit time starting 8 Am- 5 PM Malaysia time
