Job Responsibilities:

Experience in Providing L1 Application support Experience in documenting L1 tasks to be performed on a routine basis.

Knowledge of databases or Data

Migration/Database Transfer would be nice Knowledge in IT Application support. But not in Hardware/networking support.

Knowledge in troubleshooting Web-based / Windows-based Applications Knowledge in Troubleshooting ERP/.Net/JAVA-based Applications and Should be ready to work on all holidays where comp-off can be availed.

Should be ready to work in 24*7 support which includes night shifts (sometimes).

Required Qualifications

BE, B.Tech from any stream 

Required skill:

Good communication skills

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

Hands-on with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint (MS Office)

Creative thinking ability, proactive attitude, and drive for results

Flair for planning, managing, and conducting all events related to employee engagement

Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders
