The pricing Analyst is responsible for setting up products and promotions in our CRM system. You will also be responsible for product and promotion code reporting. We are seeking an individual who is a fast learner and is comfortable working under the pressure of set deadlines.
Job Responsibility
Ensure timely and correct setup of the product, pricing, and promotion-related data in CRM which requires working closely with product management, finance, engineering operations, and IT
Support sales and sales operations in troubleshooting and resolving quoting and product setup issues
Support sales teams with licensing and pricing queries
Support product management, finance, and sales teams with product and promo code reporting
The ability to organize a busy workload is essential
Ability to review and maintains high data accuracy
Strong attention to detail while handling multiple tasks under time pressure
Able to work well with others as part of a cross-functional, regionally dispersed team
Good verbal & written communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated and able to take ownership of tasks
Proficient in Excel spreadsheets
Required Skills
Understanding of lead-opportunity-quote-order cycle in B2B environment;
Familiarity with CPQ (Configure Price Quote) tools;
Experience in performing system administration for quoting engine and CRM applications;
Performing price and sales data analysis;
Other Microsoft Office skills such as PowerBI
