We run a Customer Support and Content Review Centre for one of our clients – an instantly recognizable, global iconic brand. We are currently looking to expand the team of Agents in our office located in India.

We are currently looking to expand the team of Associates.

The focus of the role will be to:

• Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines.
• Make outbound calls when necessary, as part of content moderation
• Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
• Act on process changes, updates and handle the same with proper research.
• Adhere to process quality standards and strive to exceed quality targets.
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy & attention to detail.

We are looking for candidates, Fresh graduates in any discipline, who can work in a customer service or content review position in a process-driven environment, with excellent spoken English.

Experience: Freshers
