Responsibilities

Define the critical data requirements involved in defining the prospect/customer journey.

Define data and integration requirements.

Capture and map data from all relevant data sources.

Capture and document BI data ETL, transformation, and KPI calculations

Assist with identification, design, and implementation of internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.

Build analytics tools and reporting solutions that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.

Create dashboards and reporting for WW/GEO marketing and marketing operations team members that assist them in building and optimizing marketing campaigns to achieve best-in-class performance.

Work with Marketing stakeholders to advise on data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.

Contribute to the definition of data provisioning and governance requirements.

Keep data secure and in compliance with corporate standards.  

Translate end-user needs into data integration requirements and assist in the management of these projects.

Interface regularly with marketing and sales users to gather business requirements and devise solutions that support end-to-end processes

Present market analysis and campaign analysis to stakeholders of all levels including C-level on schedule

Provide Ad-hoc reporting to meet client/stakeholder specifications

Desired Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with experience in a Data Analyst role

Experience using the following software/tools:

Experience with development in BI platforms: Domo, Power BI.

Experience with marketing deployment and analytics platforms: Adobe Analytics, Marketo, Google Analytics, Sprinklr

Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.

Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools.

Experience with data optimization, data visualization, digital & performance marketing

Experience with SQL/MySQL (Python/R nice to have)

Build data flows and ETL creation in BI platforms

Ability to initiate a project and follow it through to the conclusion

Ability to work independently and in a team

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Translate end-user needs into data analysis and visual presentation requirements

Analysis, design, and development of traditional data warehouse and business intelligence solutions

Work with marketing stakeholders to understand and execute on their requirements

Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture.

Assist with the assembly of large, complex data sets that meet functional/non-functional business requirements.

Identify, design, and implement internal process and data transformation improvements.

Work with stakeholders to assist with data-related requirement gathering, anticipate technical issues, and support data migration to a new infrastructure.

Interface regularly with marketing and sales users to gather business requirements and devise solutions that support end-to-end processes

Working with Stakeholders across different timezone

Working with stakeholders and teams across the globe across multiple time zones
